If your boiler is over ten years old or keeps breaking down, a boiler replacement can cut your energy bills and end the call outs. We will look at your home, your hot water use and your budget, then recommend the right boiler upgrade with honest, fixed pricing. We carry out boiler installation in Walton on Thames and in every town around it.
An annual boiler service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and within its warranty. This is one of our own services with the cover off: choose a number to see what our Gas Safe engineers check, and where.
We look over the heat exchanger, seals and casing for leaks, corrosion or damage, and check the safety devices work.
The burner and the ignition electrodes are inspected and cleaned where needed, so the boiler lights cleanly.
We check the flue is secure, sealed and clear, and that the boiler has the ventilation it needs.
We check the system pressure on the gauge and test that the boiler heats to the right temperatures.
At the gas valve we test the gas rate and the burner pressure, so the boiler burns its gas as it should.
We check the controls work as they should, then send you a service report with any recommendations.
