JT Plumbing & Heating is a local, family run company based in Walton on Thames, Surrey. Jake, Billy and the team install new boilers, repair boiler breakdowns, service boilers and look after central heating and plumbing for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Walton on Thames, Weybridge, Esher, Cobham and the nearby towns.

Jake, Billy and the Team
We are a small, local team rather than a national call centre. When you call, you speak to people who know the area and who will be the ones turning up at your door. Every gas job is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and the company is fully insured for the work we do in your home.
Most of our work is in people's homes, from flats and terraced houses to large detached properties. We also look after rented homes for landlords and letting agents, and take on light commercial plumbing and heating work too.
Boilers Come First
Boilers are the heart of what we do. We fit new boilers, upgrade older and less efficient ones, replace boilers that have reached the end of their life, repair breakdowns and carry out annual servicing. We are qualified to install all the major boiler brands, including combi, system and conventional boilers.
Because we see boilers every day, we can usually tell you quickly whether a repair makes sense or whether a replacement is the better value. If a repair will do the job, we will say so. When it is time for a new boiler, we look at your home, your hot water use and your budget before recommending anything, and we explain the choice clearly.

More Than Boilers
Alongside boilers, we install and repair central heating, including radiators, valves, pipework, smart controls and power flushing. We find and fix faults on wet and electric underfloor heating, usually without lifting floors, and we handle everyday plumbing from leaking taps and toilets to burst pipes and appliance connections.
We also fit new bathrooms and en suites from start to finish, coordinating tiling, plastering and electrical work with trusted local trades. And if something goes wrong out of hours, we are available 24/7 for emergencies across our local area.
